Things that I would like to make crystal clear of

I don't like this blog anyway so don't expect links + tags anytime soon, because I have better things to write in my livejournal blog which I will not publicize here. However I will insert a Chatbox somewhere for ppl who would like to chat or post a comment about my blog...or about the owner himself, BUT please do not post rude or vulgar comments, I mean it...

How was my week?

Nothing much this week, just got back results for geog and I'm not impressed, defeat "Poi Ching" by 2 marks only...so far it is qiang wei= 1 point, "Poi Ching"= 0 point...
Been asked to lead a team to take part in N.E mation, not much excitement with Zheng Liang in my group= BORING :-( Yeah he's SMART I'll give him that but he's kinda boring what do you think? 1 gay fler' is also in my team dunno why he didn't want to go to iris's team, guess he's GAY that's why!
I think I want Myron in my team but nah...I can do without him, give him a break, he's kinda high-strung...

Tribute to MJ from Qiang Wei :-)

This update was posted with reference with my previous post, this is one of my favorite songs from my favorite idol, Michael Jackson, I cried when I heard this song, Michael Jackson had been donating lots of money to orphanages and actually dedicated his residence; The Neverland Ranch to allow children to play and have fun, unfortunately though he was brutally slandered by rumours saying that he had molested children, this totally tarnished his reputation and cost him billions, but nevertheless he decided to make a comeback for his fans due to the appreciation he received from his fans but sadly that didn't happen; he pushed himself too hard and sustained injuries which resulted in him taking propofol, a drug which caused his death together with some other medicines, he lived and died for his fans, I do believe he's in a better place now; free from the degenerating world and hopefully, just hopefully he would once again do whatever he can to heal this world, enjoy this song and have a good day!

Yup! Updating again now after more than 1 week :-)

Today I altered my blogskin, post a comment to tell me what you think of it ;-)
Ok, now for the updates for this week, school reopening was disastrous, partly because I am seated with that indian fler during SS I wish he would just sit with his friends and LEAVE ME ALONE! (I can't stand him!)
Then there was PE, I have to say I am on the wrong end of the weighing scale although I lost bout 4 kg, so I will have to go to the STUPID TFC...again :-(
I just hate those PE teachers, hahaha and basketball course?! C'mon, gimme' a break for the love of god, I don't give a damn bout PE grades, that's just the way it is! (but then again I don't hate all sports, on the contrary I love swimming and badminton and I'm pretty good at it)
Finally geog lesson, Mr Kenny Tan needs a major revival for god's sake, he's being influenced by ppl like the indian fler and his dumb posse who couldn't be bothered about having a decent geography lesson, but then again what can you expect from the ppl with half a brain...and having large amounts of testosterone in their privates and this results in the 'Birds and bees' being mentioned everytime during geog lesson, condoms, prostitutes are constantly being mentioned and I am DISGUSTED by all this, maybe I should be transferred to another class, away from the indian fler'...either that or Mr Kenny Tan needs to be as strict as Mr Hafiz so that we can have a decent geog lesson, what an interesting and fufilling WEEK! (insert a sacarsm here)
It will be awhile again before I'll post updates so BYES!!! ;-)

My Day on 6/6/09

Today I had a fun and fufilling day at centrepoint together with Aunty Jasmine, first up we went to the sportslink and shopped for a couple of badminton rackets, there was apparently a sale going on - 2 rackets for $24.90.
Then we went to Robinsons to shop for some clothes but couldn't find any to our liking, so I walked around and saw a sports shoe with Kappa Brand which cost $39.90, price is certainly affordable.
After that we went to Subway, ordered 3 wraps with 'subway melt' as the filling, we enjoyed our teabreak.
After that we went window-shopping until around 6.15 pm and then went back home by MRT, I am very happy today, especially with the purchase of my desired stuff.

DUCKWEEDS Time!!!

After the field trip, we were supposed to plan another experiment to observe the growth of duckweeds.
OK, basically there were 3 water samples; tapwater, distilled water and canal water...
We were supposed to use our hands to put the duckweeds into the water sample, none of us dared to use our hands to put the duckweeds into the canal water becos' it was just too DIRTY!!!
Errr...in the end Jodi had to do it, heeeheee!!!
Then we played Hamster's wheel, this game's like wheel of fortune...quite interesting I must say.
Then we did our planning on the presentation that was due on the 2nd day of the workshop...

At the canal near VJC

When we reached the canal, we quickly unpacked our things and tied a really long raffia string around a pail for collection of the canal water. After repeated attempts we finally managed to collect some water from the canal. One group threw their pail into the water but didn't held on to the raffia string, so...their pail was lost forever...
We were conducting the experiment on nitrates when suddenly Jodi, who was sitting beside me, screamed or rather shrieked, she screamed that there was a worm on her book, Mwahahaha!!! I think our group experienced the most difficult time in conducting the experiments, there was water spills, presence of worms, and stationeries dropping into the drains and the like...HAHAHA!

Continuation of VJC workshop

So basically after the warming up, we proceeded to the theory, then there was a lot of group work and group discussions on how to conduct experiment to test for nitrates, phosphates and dissolved oxygen in a water sample.
We were also given a brief guide on observing safety precautions when going on a field trip, after which was lunch.
After lunch we were researching on duckweeds for half an hour before embarking on the field trip to conduct experiments on various chemical substances found in a water sample...

VJC Environmental Science Course

I decided to update my experiences of the VJC Science Workshop here as the story is quite lengthy.

My journey begins on 3/6/09...

First of all, I went back to school, assembled at the foyer and waited for Mrs Lim to arrive.
There were about 10 ppl in our school assigned to attend the course or rather a workshop.
Saw Alvin, Jodi, Rachel and some other ppl there.
Mrs Lim came around 8.40 am and we thus boarded the bus...DUH!
We reached the college at 8.55 am and we saw some students from the other schools attending this course too. We then proceeded to the Science Lab named SYNTHESE and we settled ourselves down. We were called Group 4, and after some brief introduction we started on the lessons. Firstly, each group was supposed to come up with 2 questions to direct at the instructors as to why the canal near VJC was dirty and subsequently caused food poisoning( just an example ).
Ok, I gotta go and have my dinner now, will update later...
